Garden Joy: Scopely Social

In 2025, with a significantly reduced budget, I focused on building community and creating engaging content for Garden Joy players.

I leaned into what I could control: creativity and connection.

Growing the Facebook Group:

The Garden Joy Facebook Group welcomed over 14,000 new members, bringing the total to over 48,000 passionate players. The group stayed active and buzzing, with 15,000+ posts with discussions. From Q1 to Q2, we saw a 20% jump in active members—all driven by organic community interaction.

Creating Content That Resonated:

I brainstormed, created, and posted over 100 original content pieces across Facebook and Instagram. Using new AI tools to leverage the speed of creating generative assets, I was able to run the entire process without using a significant amount of my time.

These posts drove more than 200,000 impressions just in Q1, helping keep the community engaged and excited about content coming to the game.

Steady Follower Growth:

Even without any boost spend or product tie-ins, we managed to grow our followers by 3%. That growth came entirely from consistent, organic efforts—proving that strong content and community can go a long way.

The Takeaway
By focusing on authentic engagement and creative storytelling, I was able to strengthen Garden Joy’s online presence and build a thriving, active community.
